Rats

Today I am going to write about rats, the rats are an animal very small, evasive and they have extraordinary ability for survive. There are many kinds of rats in the world, but I like only one it is the laboratory rat, these rats are very cute and have a white fur and the red eyes, in Psychology we used the rat for many experiment about response to different stimulus, the experiment are not complicates but need patience and be responsible whit your rat and sessions of experiment.

When I was in my first year of the career in the subject of learning an evaluation was make an experiment with rats, my group chose two rats for the experiment a male and other  female once was tow rats we called to female rat Milk and the male rat Shake. In this moment was very funny the name “milk shake” because was like the name of the dessert, after to finalize the experiment I decide to keep Milk and take care in my house. Today Milk rest in peace but I remember all day that I played with this cute rat called Milk.

Coca Cola

Today I am going to write about Coca Cola because it was the first thing that I can see in front of me. In this moment I am drink Coca Cola and write this blog besides the fact that I don’t sleep very well in the week for reason of study and whit my friends bought  3lts of Coca Cola light  and thanks to it we did not sleep in the night and could read all subject for the test.

The Coca Cola is a drink of black color and its principal ingredients are water, sugar and caffeine. You can find this drink in different kind for example:  Zero, Light, Life and Normal. The taste depend of kind the Coca Cola and the person because the drink are make for different testes and I know person that cannot  see the Coke light but like the Zero, for me it’s the same because I like all types.

Today Coca Cola is a sponsor of FIFA world cup Brazil 2014 in past was the sponsor of others sports events and for many years this drink has stolen the Christmas.  Any way I like Coca Cola. 

SciELO

SciELO mean scientific electronic library online is a website where you can find a collection of Chilean scientific journals about different knowledge areas and has many papers about psychology.

I discover this website when I was in my first year in the University and needed make an assignment for the subject of methodology then the assistant told me about SciELO to find references   for my assignment.

I use SciELO to search papers about different psychology areas for example about research, application of psychological testing, testing methods and latest publications on some specific topic, also is useful for search investigations about others countries as Argentina, Venezuela, Colombia, Spain, Portugal and others.

I recommend this website for two reason the first, SciELO is free for anyone with internet access you don’t pay for look papers, don’t need a count and pay a license every month or something like that. The second reason is that SciELO has an amazing amount of information from different universities and authors from different countries and is very easy to find the information required by their index.

The boxing

The boxing was born as a sport in the century XVIII on United Kingdom and is still practiced until today.

The boxing is a sport where you most have strength, agility, intelligence and eager to learn, is a ways of fight with rules, the fight is one versus one, the boxer use boxing gloves and special boots, the round hard three minutes and a fight can have many rounds,  finally you can win by knockout or points.

This sport there is many famous boxers as Muhammad Ali, Julio Cesar Chavez,Mike Tyson for example, but I like Nicolino Locche the best fighter in my opinion to evade punches.

I like practice the boxing without gloves it is a way of boxing where are possible grab the opponent and other things that in the normal boxing is not accept, I practice box because help me to remove stress and improve my physical condition, I am part of a group dedicate to practice in the Universidad the name of group is “Mendoza's fighting club” and every Friday we gather to practice.

This picture was taken  by a student unknown just in front of the library, the picture show my best friends in the University, we call the group “Andate a la Ducha” because is an expression very used for all in especial for one and is funny, the group is composed  by Maria Francisca the girl of the cap, Sergio (me), Daniela the girl of the hair blue, Yajaira is making the sign pace and love, Valentina the girl of the hair blonde, Patricia is using glasses and Yan is in middle of the group.

This picture was taken in the first semester of 2013 in the Universidad de Chile most specific in FACSO.

I like this picture because represent my friendship and comradeship whit the best persons  that I could meet in my university life, The photo is a type of memory when I will be an old man and remember the times happens to them.

my new semester

 In this semester  I have subjects about different kind of  psychology for example I have clinical psychology, community psychology, educational psychology, legal psychology and occupational psychology, but also I have English level tree. 

 I can’t take extracurricular activities in my university because the funniest courses are complete and I don´t like the others. But I realize other activities for example Box and jugglery whit my friends, I spend all my other time in read text and papers.

This semester is very special because it´s the introduction for the different specialization of psychology, I really hope can choose one specialization. I hope see more patients and have more intervention on a real clinical.

Computer games

I really like playing computer games, especially games about strategy. I play whit my friends online every Friday night, if you want to play any games you need one computer, time and the game, but you can download them for free, from different pages on the internet. I like computer games because you can spend time, play whit your friends, make new friends and it is very fun if you win.
My favorite game is Age of Empires. In this game you can make your civilization, army and attack or defend. This game is about different empires of the Middle Age, my favorite civilization or empire are the vikings because they are a  very strong civilization and they have "the warriors in trance", the most powerful unit of infantry. I don´t like the game "LOL" because it is very repetitive and most people play because is fashionable.
In general I recommend games based in the past.
